Classic homemade lemonade

Lemon, honey and mint — the jug-sized classic that belongs on the meeting-room table all day.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 4 lemons (about 200 ml)
  • 1.5 litres cold water
  • 3–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
  • ice cubes, to taste

Method

    Dissolve the honey in a little warm water so it does not settle.

    Mix with the lemon juice and cold water in a jug.

  3. 3

    Add the mint and ice.

  4. 4

    Taste and adjust the sweetness.
