Classic homemade lemonade
Lemon, honey and mint — the jug-sized classic that belongs on the meeting-room table all day.

Ingredients
- Juice of 4 lemons (about 200 ml)
- 1.5 litres cold water
- 3–4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 small bunch fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
- ice cubes, to taste
Method

Dissolve the honey in a little warm water so it does not settle.

Mix with the lemon juice and cold water in a jug.

Add the mint and ice.

Taste and adjust the sweetness.
